We want you 100% satisfied with your new bike.  If you are unhappy for any reason, reach out so we're Able to make it right.  We offer a 15 day no hassle return policy on all bikes and we cover the return shipping as well.  Take a photo of your bicycle and email our team at  We'll provide a Return Authorization and email you a shipping label.  After receiving your Return Authorization and label, repack your bicycle in the original Able box, clearly write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box, and take it to the shippers, usually FedEx, nearest drop off location and you're done.

All bicycle returns must be in like new condition, in the original box/packaging and authorized by our support team.  Any bicycle returned without prior authorization will be refused.  Any bicycle not in original condition and/or packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 50% which will be deducted from your refund amount.


All Other Returns

All non bicycle items are returnable within 30 days of purchase.  Unfortunately we do not accept return or exchange requests more than 30 days from the date of purchase.  To be eligible for return all items must be new, in the original packaging with tags, free of any fragrances or signs of use/wear.  Please take a photo of your item and supply your original order number in an email to to start your return.  We will provide a return authorization number and instructions.  You are responsible for any return shipping/insurance costs.


Late, Damaged or Missing Refunds

Bicycles received beyond 15 days or accessories received beyond 30 days from the return authorization date will not be processed.  Items that do not meet the above requirements will not be processed(like new, with original packaging).  Once your item has been inspected and approved we will email you and process your refund within 3-5 business days.  Please note it may take 2-3 weeks for your refund to appear on your statement depending on the type of payment used and your issuing bank.  Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.  If your refund has been approved and more than 21 days have passed and you still do not see your refund, please reach out to
