You just scanned the QR code on our box because you suspect there might be damage. Don't worry, we will get through this together.

First steps:Take 4-6 photos showing the entire box and any sides that look damaged, torn, crushed.. you get the idea. If you can see obvious damage to the contents: bent wheels, dented/scratch frame or fork, please take photos of those as well.

If the damage is significant or catastrophic, please refuse delivery:
Refuse a signature required FedEx package by telling the driver you don't want the package and refuse to sign for it.  FedEx will return the bicycle to us. You can reach out to our Live Chat during business hours to arrange a replacement bicycle/order. If outside of our business hours please email us support@ablebicyclecompany.com. Please reference your order number when contacting us along with photos of the damaged box and or bicycle.

Catastrophic damage: Bent or dented fork or frame, broken wheels etc.

If the damage appears to be minor, please sign for your delivery.
